LINK TO PHONE SYSTEM (09 November 2006)

If you have a TAPI compliant phone system you can link it to ENCORE and make calls directly from the package. Click the telephone icon alongside the number in the ENCORE contact record and the system will dial the number for you. For incoming calls the system will display details of who is calling so you can go straight to their account.
