PAYMENT OPTIONS - CASH SALE MODULE (02 July 2004)

The final screen has been changed to incorporate buttons for the various payment methods.

As above but for purchases from suppliers

NEW BUDGET/ANALYSIS REPORT - SALES COMPARISON BY CUSTOMER (01 August 2004)

This new report allows you to compare sales between two periods; either to customers or for products. The comparison can be on quantity, turnover or margin, with the facility to print summary or detailed versions, plus there is the ability to report the results in ABC analysis sequence.

GRN/RTN NOTES (02 August 2004)

There is a free-format notes area available to use when receiving or returning goods, either via a purchase order or directly. The notes can then be viewed when matching the delivery/return record against an invoice/credit note. The notes can also be seen when looking at the invoice on the supplier account and the GRN/RTN index.

SUPPLIERS - BULK PAYMENTS (03 August 2004)

After the initial filter conditions there is a new screen which shows suggested total payment per supplier. On this screen you can include/exclude individual suppliers using tick boxes before proceeding to the 'items to pay' screen. All the screens are now 'gridded', so the data displayed can be sorted over individual columns.

CUSTOMER ENQUIRY - SALES SUMMARY SCREEN (04 August 2004)

A new button 'Sales history' will show the detailed sales history for the selected product for the last 12 periods. The standard period pull-down allows you to vary the time frame, including showing 'all periods on file'.

SETUP - PURCHASE ORDER OPTIONS (01 September 2004)

There are two new tick boxes to indicate whether you normally want to print a packing note and/or a debit note when returning goods.

SETUP - USER GROUP SECURITY (01 September 2004)

There is now an option to prevent the users in a user group adding/amending or deleting report layouts.

SETUP - WORKS ORDER OPTIONS (01 September 2004)

There is a new tick box, on the 'Miscellaneous' tab, where you can set whether or not the average cost price should be recalculated when booking the finished products into stock.

CUSTOMER PRODUCT REFERENCES (04 October 2004)

If you have more than one customer who has the same product references, possibly different branches, once the first customers list has been set up each of the other accounts can copy it over.

SALES ORDERS - DESPATCH NOTES (05 October 2004)

The enquiry screen now has two tabs to allow more information to be displayed. From the line enquiry screen, a supervisor can now amend the description and any serial numbers.

SETUP - CUSTOMER GROUPS - SUPPLIER BATCH NUMBERS (01 November 2004)

There is now the option to print supplier batch numbers on despatch notes and sales invoices.

QUOTATIONS/SALES ORDERS - MANUFACTURED ITEMS - (PREMIER PLUS ONLY) (03 November 2004)

Raise quotation/sales order - when adding an item that is to be manufactured, there is now a 'Manufacture' tick box that can be turned off if you can use existing stock of the final product rather than manufacture it. If the item has been marked as a 'kit' the tick box title will be Kit. This screen already shows the current stock position of the item, including the 'free' stock, you can drill into this if more information required.

CASH SALES ADD-ON (01 December 2004)

A new streamlined 'single screen' allows entry of the sales and payment data on a single screen. A new option in 'Setup this till' to 'Use OLD STYLE form' allows you to stick with the older method if you prefer.

QUOTATION ATTACHMENTS (02 December 2004)

When converting a quotation to a sales order you can now view any attachments and optionally copy the attachments to the order. A new option in 'Setup sales order options' allows you to set the default for copying attachments when converting a quotation to an order.

STOCK PRICE MARGINS REPORT (14 January 2005)

There is now the option to only print Primary supplier, plus new flags on the report to highlight certain conditions. P indicates primary supplier; * means conversion from foreign currency; ! means the calculated margin is less than the target (input) figure.

SUPPLIER BATCH REFERENCES (21 January 2005)

There is now the option to print these on despatch notes and/or sales invoices. Go to Setup - Customers - Groups - highlight a group and click alter - the new option box is toward bottom of the window.
